When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: CNTROB is a centrosomal protein that interacts with BRCA2 and is required for centriole duplication with inhibition of centriole duplication leading to defects in cytokinesis. Function: Required for centriole duplication. Inhibition of centriole duplication leading to defects in cytokinesis. Subunit: Interacts with LYST. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, centrosome, centriole. Note=Centriole-associated, asymmetrically localizes to the daughter centriole. Tissue Specificity: Widely expressed (at protein level). Highly expressed in testis. Also expressed in spleen, thymus, prostate, small intestine, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes.
