When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: May be a negative regulator of NF-kappa-B and p53-mediated gene transcription. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasmic and Nuclear. Tissue Specificity: Strongly expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, skeletal muscle, kidney, spleen, thymus, prostate, liver, pancreas, testis, ovary, small intestine, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes. Similarity: Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase family. Contains 1 protein kinase domain.
